who has this? haven't sat down too long with it due to work gettin in the way, as it usually does, but it's pretty solid so far imo. i'm on 360 with it, gamertag is Flying Munkey for those who don't have me added. hit me up.

360 man I'm getting on steam so I'm not sure if it possible to play with you if it is Steam name moon_storm.
Had to wait and extra week and I have a test on that day. But I'm hoping for some extra content and mods will make up for it.

Ronin says it plays like a bargain Fallout 3.

Anyone have any different input? I thought F3 became kind of tedious towards the end.

I played a *ahem* demo of it for about 15 minutes, here is my purely mathematical equation to describe it.

Fallout 3-Story+Diablo Loot System= Borderlands...

Borderlands might have some kind of story, but from what I gathered they said:

"Lets make a FPS Diablo type game..."
another employee says: "Wow, that would be awesome! What kind of setting/atmosphere should we give it?"
"How about an apocalyptic wasteland, JUST like Fallout 3, except ON ANOTHER PLANET SO ITS NOT LIKE FALLOUT 3 AT ALL LOL"

It looks like it would be fun Coop, but single player was kinda meh...

cranked it out split screen with defendership, was fun, story is pretty abysmal, loot is everywhere, definitely very diablo-ey, looting sploits and all.

i can't see playing this game in single player at all

yeah, pretty much a 1st person diablo style game, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. the story is pretty much shite, and the ending is wtf lame, but it's a fun and entertaining game to do with a group.
